Do I need an account to place an order?

No, all you need is an email address. You can just place your order by putting the items you would like into the shopping basket and proceeding to checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All the items shown on our website are available and in stock. This means they are dispatched within 2-3 days after the order is well received and delivered in approx. 5-7 days.

Can I return my order?

You can return your order within 15 days after you received it. In order to return a product, you must request for a RMA from us by email and, once received it, arranage the shipment to us. Return delivery is at your own cost, and items must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging.

How will I be refunded?

You'll be refunded through the original payment method after the returned item(s) inspection.
